Quilt-A-Thon to benefit tornado victims in Kentucky
on January 4th and 5th was amazing and continued on!  over 700 quilts and other items are headed to Kentucky.

There is a new fabric art studio in Venice - Aqua Silks Studio.  They offer special Quilters Workshops to create your own unique designs on cotton fabric.  Click for more info or visit their website.

INTERESTING FREE PROGRAMS AND VIDEOS:

The Quilt Alliance is excited to announce that their virtual quilt exhibition, Warm Remembrances: Quiltmaking and Memory Making, is now open to the public. This exhibition was created in conjunction with Quilters Take a Moment in September, but now anyone can tour the exhibit and see the amazing quilts, curated by Laura Hopper.

WeAllSew.com presents a series of beginner ruler work programs:  Beginner Ruler Work Part 1  The tutorial is designed for Bernina users but anyone with a machine with the proper foot can learn.

SAQA Textile Talks features weekly presentations and panel discussions from the International Quilt Museum, the Modern Quilt Guild, Quilt Alliance, San Jose Museum of Quilts & Textiles, Studio Art Quilt Associates, and Surface Design Association.
